A Los Angeles-based litigation boutique is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its professional liability and complex litigation practice.

This role offers direct involvement in sophisticated, high-stakes matters that require deep analytical thinking and precision. The work is notably demanding and layered, offering a uniquely engaging experience for attorneys who thrive on tackling intricate legal issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze complex case files
• Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Support and participate in trials and arbitrations
• Work closely with senior attorneys on litigation strategy

Candidate Requirements

• 5–10 years of litigation experience
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Experience in professional liability or complex litigation preferred

Compensation & Structure

$160,000 – $220,000+ DOE

Hybrid or remote flexibility available
